Wow, what a brilliant service! I was completely freaking about getting my e-visa in time for going to India. From the moment, I spoke with Maria on the Monday before my trip, she immediately calmed me down and made the application process so smooth. Regular updates were provided to me throughout the days after my application. My e-visa arrived on Thursday, the day before my trip and I can honestly say I cannot wait to use the service again, as it really did take out the hassle of applying myself. (on Google)

Today I called Visahq to enquire about what is needed to apply for a visa to Kenya. I have to say that I read some reviews about this company Visahq, which were very good but instead of applying online I decided to call and make some enquiries.

When I called within few seconds a call handler replied and asked how could they help me that call handler I know now by the name of Kim Basset.

As an employer myself over the last 25 years I was rather impressed by the way she handled my call, Kim was extremely pleasant and in no time she explained to me all I need to get my visa, she was that pleasant I took advantage, and asked about the visa for some other countries such as Russia and again in no time she explained to me in a thorough way all I need to know.

I was very happy with the service with Visa HQ as they dealt with my visa to India. I needed my passport back asap and they game me the right instructions and told me exactly how long it was going to be. I received everything needed with no delay and they informed me of everything very quick.

I've worked with Alexander from VisaHQ four times for a Russian visa and found the support excellent, especially in guidance around new Russian biometrics. By the way, that was quite straight forward. They just needed finger prints. I hope that now they ahve them, they will not need a further in person visit. Even them , they had plenty of staff so the turn around was quick.

can prove tiresome.
The incident that I wish to bring to your attention however concerns Elmira Bikchurina. We had experienced a difficult time with obtaining a Nigerian visa. Documents submitted made them think I should have a temporary work permit. I was understandably frustrated when my passport failed to come out on Thursday and even more frustrated that despite best efforts by your staff it was not received by close of business on Friday. I am due in Africa for crucial meetings on Monday morning. Elmira sensed the urgency made contact after hours with the High Commission persuaded the lady concerned to remain in the office, travelled after business hours and retrieved it. She then called me and will be meeting a colleague of mine in London to hand over the documents today, Saturday.
No praise is high enough for service of this kind. Old fashioned customer care I thought was a thing of the past, but I return to Africa with new hope.

I am a professional auditor and visit diverse companies across the globe. I am frequently asked to complete those annoying hotel surveys that are nothing less than a complete waste of time. Why? Because if hotels designed surveys that actually gave them realistic feedback, then that hotel would be perfect and would not need to conduct surveys!
I therefore normally never complete this type of review of a service provided. However.....
Visa HQ have once again; provided me with a highly professional and efficient service. I am not being influenced by the rather irrelevant and tedious "hints" (Designed, I suspect by an out of touch egotistical marketing executive with no sense of the real world) but I do not hesitate in recommending their services. (I do recommend that you ignore the hints if writing a review!).

Tried to get visa for Belarus myself. Very frustrating time finding embassy website and then trying to get someone/anyone to answer the phone numbers given for visa enquiries. I recently used Visa HQ to obtain a visa to Belarus. As I live in Sweden there is no Belarus visa centre or Consulate over here and the cost to obtain a visa at Minsk airport for a British citizen is pretty darn expensive, so I therefore chose to go through this company as my only other option. I was quite nervous about posting my passport and the relevant documents incase they became misplaced or there was a problem with my application which would subsequently delay the process. I had a range of initial concerns and queries before I 100% decided to use Visa HQ, but the online Customer Service team answered all of my questions incredibly swiftly and put my mind at ease.

The online application was very easy to complete, and after posting all of the documents I received an email two days later to say that everything had been received and the application process would begin. At every stage of the application I was kept upto date via email, and although I had no problems with my application I knew that I would have been informed should there have been. I really appreciated this service as I hate not knowing what's going on, and as this was a new experience for me with using this sort of service it really helped to put my mind at ease. Once my visa had been completed I was once again updated, and I received a text message that same day from DHL to say that they would be delivering a package the following day.

Overall, I found the whole process fantastic. I was constantly kept upto date on the application process, I encountered no problems, and I received my visa within the time frame that I was informed of. I will definitely use this service again in the future as and when I need to, and I would 100% recommend to anyone. In this day and age I think it's rare to find a company who provides a good service and good customer service, but Visa HQ does just that!

I live outside London, so getting a visa - which I have to do quite frequently - is likely to cost me time and money, both of which are in short supply. I recently submitted my group passports to VisaHQ for processing to Uganda and Kenya for our upcoming mission/convocation trip to East Africa.
